some maha-user named KRIMPET has
disabled wikipedia access by my whole isp. some colossal range of ip's.
the irony is that i can't edit anything to complain or ask for access. yes, log in right?
apparently he has banned login and registration. it's part of this whole american criminalization of poverty thing. ie - my isp is dialup only therefore i cannot possibly have a valid contribution.
i am really not bothered to pursue this further. i feel that wikipedia in the long run may lose a lot of input from the "lower classes"
